- That isn't a "problem", it's a design consideration. Previously
- you would load a font by opening the Text menu, drop down to Font, then
- scoot over to either Open or the name of the font from the list of those
- already used in that document. The presentation is different, but the
- process is similar. I suspect that Softwood did it this way to save
- memory where possible. Don't complain about the font bar, it's a handy
- addition that works well - for me, at least.
- I don't like SoftSans, myself. I set SoftSerif as my "default"
- font. Could have used any of several dozen others - hundreds of others,
- if you consider Bold and Italic versions unique - but SoftSerif is
- actually fairly nice. Looks ugly on the screen, but prints well.
